pandora not responding

pandora not responding

When reading email,pandora will freeze..I check the shutdown X and get"pandora has stopped working",
I hit shut down..i can restart pandora,
but all of the messages I have read and deleted are again in the "in" box.. I start reading unread messages again and shortly, everything will
repeat..This makes Pandora un useable..any cures ??

how are you reading messages ramjet, via Preview Pane or by opening them?
is it always the same message that is causing the exception?
what are your system specs?

why don't you send us a bug report:
1. start Pandora, click Help/Send Feedback/Report a Bug.
new (addressed) message is generated with some Pandora and system specs.
if problematic message(s) contain no confidential info:
2. copy problematic messages into a brand new mailbox.
3. attach that mailbox file (mbc) to the same message. send it over.

if you do the above real soon, cure may be available for 1.2.

Hi,
I'm reading messages by clicking on them..no preview pane. Not the same message.
I'm running a ASUS computer, Windows 10 pro, FX-8350 amd processor, 20 gigs of ram with
SSD storage devices..I might add that this condition with Pandora just started in the last few days.

This was most likely wiped out it with the latest batch of improvements (version 1.3).
If it's persistent however let us know, and send us those samples.
